Hon. Otobong Ndem, memeber representing Mkpat Enin state constituency in the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, yesterday, October 16, 2018, defected from PDP to APC.

Ndem lost the just concluded PDP State House of Assembly Primary to Barr. Victor Patrick Ekwere

He is joining hands with his benefactor, Senator Godswill Akpabio to drum up support for Obong Nsima U. Ekere's 2019 governorship ambition.
