A robber entered a revolving door of an office building in Manhattan's Financial District and attempted to steal a New York woman's French bulldog from her.

The dog owner can be seen entering 61 Broadway in New York City on surveillance video from June 21. Her dog is leashed.

A man enters the building through the rotating door directly behind her, sharing the door's divider.

In the horrific daylight attack at 3pm, which was captured on camera, he can be seen banging the woman's head into the glass door while attempting to rip the leash from her grasp.

As onlookers approach the building's side door, the two can be seen battling to contain the tiny dog.
